A little bit about me...

I'm Sally, the founder of Revive and Alive Therapy. I am a fully qualified practitioner in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, where I trained with one of the top hypnotherapy training schools in the country, the Kent Institute of Clinical Hypnosis; undergoing teachings from the founder, Georgina McKinnon alongside Emma Evans, both established and highly successful experienced hypnotherapists and psychotherapists in their own right.

Like many of us, my life has been met with some lows and very challenging times. I knew in my mind that something wasn't right with me, and that I just didn't feel myself. After seeking help from my GP, I was introduced to Psychotherapy. This form of therapy had such a profound affect on me, that it opened my eyes to what was really happening in my life, that I had otherwise been blind sighted by and just accepted, as that's how it was.

After undergoing this wonderful therapy, along with hypnotherapy also at a later date, that feeling of being a new version of me was so empowering, that I knew this was a career I wanted to embark on. I wanted to learn how I can help others to feel a better version of themselves, by releasing them from their woes and getting to the root cause of what's holding them back from enjoying an exhilarating life.

Life has been pretty challenging for us all over the past few years, especially after Covid19 swept the world with a new way of life.

So, it's only natural that you may be experiencing anxiety following this, or your anxiety has heightened somewhat even more.

As a result, you may have noticed that you might be experiencing low self-esteem, lacking in self confidence, you overthink on everything, avoid going out alone, cancel on friends and family last minute .... the list goes on.

I am offering a 4week programme to help you combat your anxiety, and make the positive changes you need to help you feel Revived and Alive!

This programme is made up of a combination of cognitive therapy and hypnotherapy, and includes exercises and additional audio's to listen to in between our weekly sessions, to ensure you maximise the benefits of your journey to seeing a new and improved you.

You can have your sessions either face-to-face or online.

You will find yourself feeling more in control of your life, assessing everyday situations in a more healthier and productive manor and recognise what benefits you in your life today and moving forward.

Some Of The Most Common Questions

As a whole, yes, hypnotherapy is safe and quite often you will remember the session. It is not recommended for people suffering with serious mental health disorders to undergo hypnotherapy.
Most definitely not. You are in complete control at all times, and you can leave the hypnotic state whenever you want to.
I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist with Psychotherapy, and trained at The Kent Institute of Hypnotherapy. I also have a NCFE Cache Level 2 qualification in Counselling.
Yes, I am fully insured and have cover for Malpractice/Professional Liability, Public Liability and Productions Liability.
It’s very effective with various anxiety related conditions, and it works with the deeper mind to help reprogram this part of your brain to become calmer, and to be in more control of your feelings, emotions and actions.
Following our initial telephone chat, you will be booked in to undergo a consultation where we look at the areas of your life that you’re not happy with in more depth, and discuss the changes you want to make. This allows me to personalise your forthcoming sessions. There is also the opportunity for you to ask any questions. Your following session will be the start of your therapy, and where the work starts for you to make those all-important changes and shifts to feeling better.
