Following our initial telephone chat, you will be booked in to undergo a consultation where we look at the areas of your life that you’re not happy with in more depth, and discuss the changes you want to make. This allows me to personalise your forthcoming sessions. There is also the opportunity for you to ask any questions. Your following session will be the start of your therapy, and where the work starts for you to make those all-important changes and shifts to feeling better.
